Hi Everyone! I started my journey in 2012 as a disability support worker & I absolutely loved it. I became a Registered Nurse in 2015 & commenced work in one of Sydney's busiest hospitals, where I would stay until early 2023. I have worked across various acute wards. For 4 years I taught the cert 3 & Diploma of Nursing. Being able to serve those most vulnerable in our community is my life's purpose and mission.
Lian has been a registered nurse since 2011 & has been working with participants with complex needs in the community ever since. She is great at leading teams of support workers, changing & managing PEG tubes, changing SPC, insulin & medication administration, wound care, managing tracheostomy & ventilated clients. She even has a masters of Nursing in Maternal & Child Care!
Georgia brings a plethora of experience to our team, with over 25 years experience in the industry. She began working in ageing & disability care with family and community services as a case manager and team leader, then completed her cert 3 & cert 4 in disabilities. During this time she worked as a senior support worker in various roles.
For the past 12 years Jesse has been working in the ICU in one of Sydney's busiest hospitals. She's very experienced in airway management, wounds, NG/PEG feeding, insulin & medication administration, catheterisation & pain management. Prior to this Jesse was an emergency nurse & an EN before this. No wonder she is always cool, calm & collected!
Ashma is one of those people who everyone just loves. She has a cert 3 in aged care & disability, and 5 years experience in this area. Ashma works hard and brings so much joy everywhere she goes.
For the past 12 years Yee has been working in the ICU in one of Sydney's busiest hospitals. She's very experienced in airway management, wounds, catheterisation, tracheostomy & ventilation, pain management, insulin titration & medication administration. There's really nothing she can't do!
