Hi Everyone! I started my journey in 2012 as a disability support worker & I absolutely loved it. I became a Registered Nurse in 2015 & worked in one of Sydney's busiest hospitals, where I stayed until early 2023. I have worked across various acute wards. I am a certified trainer and assessor, for 4 years I taught the Diploma of Nursing.

I am a clinical nurse consultant in the disability sector, combining my clinical experience with mentoring and training support workers to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Lian has been a registered nurse since 2011 & has been working with participants with complex needs in the community ever since. She is great at leading teams of support workers, changing & managing PEG tubes, changing SPC, insulin & medication administration, wound care, managing tracheostomy & ventilated clients. She even has a masters of Nursing in Maternal & Child Care!

For the past 12 years Yee has been working in the ICU in one of Sydney's busiest hospitals. She's very experienced in airway management, wounds, catheterisation, tracheostomy & ventilation, pain management, insulin titration & medication administration. There's really nothing she can't do!
